Cancellation policy:
Timing: I appreciate you being on time for your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, your session will still conclude at the allocated time.
Cancellation up to two business days before your appointment: 50% of fee charged.
Cancellation one day before your appointment or failure to attend on day of appointment: Full fee charged.
- Appointment and Fee Policy:
1.1 Clients are required to pay the treatment fee 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
1.2 Payments methods and details will be provided upon booking.
2. Cancellation Policy:
2.1 Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for session cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
2.2 Cancellations made within or less than 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
2.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in the full treatment fee being charged.
3. Missed Session Fee:
3.1 Clients who miss a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged a full treatment fee.
3.2 The missed session fee must be paid before scheduling any future sessions.
4. Rescheduling:
4.1 Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice without incurring additional fees.
4.2 Rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a 50% treatment fee.
5. Late Arrivals:
5.1 Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions.
5.2 If a client arrives late, the session may be shortened, and the full fee will still apply.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
8.1 The Unlock Clinic reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
9. Agreement:
By scheduling a treatment session with The Unlock Clinic, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
