The Unlock Clinic Appointment and Fee Policies:

  1. Payment Options:

    • Payments are due 48 hours prior to the appointment via BACS.
    • Cash payments are accepted at the end of the therapy session.
    • Card payments are not available.
  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations within 48 hours result in a 50% fee.
    • Cancellations within 24 hours result in the full treatment fee.
  3. Missed Session Fee:

    • Clients missing a session without notice will be charged the full treatment fee.
    • The missed session fee must be paid before scheduling future sessions.
  4. Rescheduling:

    • Reschedule requests with at least 48 hours’ notice incur no additional fees.
    • Rescheduling within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% treatment fee.
  5. Late Arrivals:

    • Clients are encouraged to be punctual.
    • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with the full fee applied.
